Igor gave us a friendly welcome. He also advised us where to go. The location worked well. It was a short walk from the train station to the Colosseum. The rooftop setting for breakfast was lovely, the bed felt comfy.
The shower water poured onto the bathroom floor. This happened after every use.

The room had standard furniture. It included a closet and a small desk. Lighting was adequate with bedside lamps and an overhead fixture. The temperature control worked.

I appreciate them letting me leave my bags when i got there early. my luggage was already in my room when i returned later. That was super thoughtful. gigi was very helpful explaining the map and good places to eat. the bathroom felt very fresh and clean after a long day of travel.
the air conditioner wasn't working. it was warm in the room even with the fans they gave me. there was no hot water when i tried to shower at night. the attendant showed me that it wasn't super cold, but i really wanted a hot shower after walking all day.

the rooftop setting for breakfast was lovely. i liked to see the city while i ate. the location was good too, it was a ten minute walk from the train station. i eas happy to see good restaurants close by.
my room was very small. there was dust everywhere. also the furniture seemed very old and needed a refresh.

the location was good, close to the termini train station.
The air conditioning didn't work properly. the room temperature stayed around 32 degrees celsius. It was too hot to sleep. staff blamed the warm weather, but this wasn't an issue elsewhere i've travelled to.

the location was really convenient, close to Termini station. I found it easy to walk to many major attractions. the street felt quite safe at night. The staff were helpful and friendly, which i appreciate. Breakfast had good options, made mornings easier.
the room had very cold floors, and i noticed the hotel didn't provide slippers. It would have been much more comfortable with them.
